Issues Management
The “Issues” page in the Gaia Platform provides a centralized space for managing issues raised by staff via the staff app. It allows for tracking, resolving, and managing guest-related or operational issues that arise during events. Here’s how to use the Issues page:

1. Issue Details
- Description: Each issue has a brief description explaining the problem (e.g., “No Pass” or “Lost Ticket”).
- Priority: Issues are categorized by priority (Low, Medium, High), which helps in determining the urgency of the resolution.
- Due Date: The date and time when the issue was raised, allowing for tracking the time elapsed since the issue was logged.
- Department: Specifies the department or area where the issue was raised (e.g., Access Control).
- Staff: Identifies the staff member assigned to address the issue.
- Location: Indicates the venue or area where the issue was raised.
2. Resolving Issues

- Issues that are still unresolved will appear under the “All Raised Issues” tab.
- To resolve an issue, click on the “Mark as Resolved” button. This action will move the issue to the “All Resolved Issues” tab.
- You can filter and view both outstanding (unresolved) and resolved issues by toggling between the different tabs.
3. Issue Filters
- Use filters to refine the issue list by priority, date, location, or specific staff member. This helps manage large numbers of issues more effectively, ensuring that critical problems are addressed promptly.
4. Guest Profile Access
- Clicking on the guest’s name associated with an issue opens their detailed profile. This provides more context for the issue and allows staff to address guest-specific concerns by checking preferences, journey, or past interactions.
By using the Issues page, event staff can manage and track the resolution of guest or operational issues in real time, ensuring smoother event management and guest satisfaction.
