Access Dashboard

The Access Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of access data for drivers and trucks, allowing users to monitor authorized and unauthorized entries within a specified location. Users can select specific areas and adjust the date range to filter the dashboard data for targeted insights.
- Total Driver and Truck Detections:
- These widgets display the total number of drivers and trucks detected within the selected area. The count is broken down into Total and Unauthorized detections, providing a quick overview of access compliance. Changes in detection numbers compared to a previous period are also shown, helping identify trends over time.
- Driver Detection Graph:
- This line graph shows driver detections over a 24-hour period, with separate lines for Authorized and Unauthorized drivers. This allows users to analyze peak times for authorized and unauthorized access attempts, facilitating better staffing and security measures during high-traffic hours.
- Truck Detection Graph:
- Similar to the Driver Detection graph, this chart displays the frequency of truck detections across a 24-hour period. Users can quickly identify patterns in unauthorized truck access and take proactive steps to tighten security or improve monitoring during specific hours.
- Authorized Driver List:
- This section lists all authorized drivers detected at the location, including details like name, area of detection, and timestamp. This enables verification of entry logs for compliance and operational purposes.
- Unauthorized Driver List:
- A log of all unauthorized driver detections, showing unique identifiers, location of detection, and exact time. This helps the security team track potential unauthorized access attempts and investigate suspicious activity.
- Authorized Truck List
- Displays a list of all authorized trucks detected, confirming compliant access. It includes timestamps and location data, which can be used to maintain accurate records of logistics operations.
- Unauthorized Truck List:
- This section shows unauthorized truck entries, detailing unique identifiers, area of detection, and time. This helps security teams respond to and investigate instances of unauthorized vehicle access.
Top Filters:

- Area Selection: Users can select specific areas to view relevant access data for particular zones within the site.
- Date Range Filter: Located in the top right, this filter allows users to select the date range, making it easy to view data for a specific day, week, or custom period.
This dashboard enables real-time monitoring of site access, allowing administrators to identify unauthorized entries swiftly and ensure only authorized personnel and vehicles are present within the facility.
