Lists Management

The “Lists” page in the Gaia Platform displays all uploaded profiles associated with the selected event, providing quick access to guest information. You can upload guests via Admin Console > Guest Management.

Here’s how the Lists page works:

1. Viewing All Profiles

(Guest Profiles uploaded in Admin Console > Guest Management)

  • Once profiles are uploaded, they will appear in a grid view under the “List” tab. Each card represents an individual guest or participant, showing:
  • Name
  • Category or role (e.g., Leisure, Business, VVIP, VIP, Regular)
  • Guest status (if applicable)

This grid view allows users to quickly scan the guest list for the event.

2. Filtering and Searching Profiles

  • You can apply filters (based on the settings defined in the “Filter Settings” tab) to narrow down the list by:
  • Status (e.g., VVIP, VIP, Regular)
  • Type (e.g., Leisure, Business)
  • Access levels (e.g., Authorized, Unauthorized)
  • You can also search for specific guests by name using the search bar.

3. Viewing Profile Details

  • Clicking on any profile card opens a detailed view of the guest’s information.

Profile Details Include

  • Personal Information: The guest’s name, category (e.g., Regular, VVIP), preferences, stay information, and other details.
  • Guest Journey: A visual timeline of the guest’s journey through various locations within the event (e.g., Gate 1, VIP Lounge).
  • Preferences: Any noted preferences for the guest (e.g., Non-Drinkers, Food Allergies).
  • Vehicle Information: The guest’s vehicle details, including the license plate number and driver’s name. You can also initiate a call to the driver if needed.
  • Issues Raised and Notes: A section for logging any issues raised by or about the guest, along with any relevant notes.

By utilizing the Lists page, event staff can quickly access and manage guest profiles, check their preferences, monitor their movement, and address any concerns raised during the event.
